All Duo Neon signs are final sale - no returns or refunds. However, if the sign is faulty or defective, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issues with your sign. We’ll do our best to find the best solution for you!

WARRANTY

INDOOR SIGNS
All of our signs produced for indoor use and their electrical components (transformers & AC Plugs) include a 2-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.

OUTDOOR SIGNS
All of our signs produced for outdoor use and their electrical components (transformers & AC Plugs) include a 1-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.

However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.
