LED neon are flexible LED lighting that mimics the appearance of traditional glass neon signs. Made from silicone or plastic, it offers vibrant colors and can be shaped into various designs. LED neon is energy-efficient, durable, and safer than glass neon, making it a popular choice for signage and decorative lighting.

The lifetime of flexible LED neon is estimated to be 50,000 hours. With normal use, the neon can last 6 to 10 years. Over time LED’s will fade to a gentle light until they no longer light up.

When using our signs 24/7, we recommend switching them off for a 24-hour period every 14 days to ensure the specified lifetime. Transformers and LEDs can overheat from constant use, decreasing their total lifetime.

All indoor signs come with a 2 year warranty and all outdoor signs come with a 1 year warranty, from the date of purchase. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

All of our signs come with pre-drilled holes. 

1. Mount to the wall
   In your parcel, you will find the screw set that's tailored to your sign. This will allow you to easily mount your sign to the wall.
   
   
2. Hang it from the ceiling
   It is also possible to hang your sign from the ceiling. Just mention it and we will pre-drill the acrylic backing accordingly and provide you with the hanging wires 
   
   
3. Use 3M Stripes
   For a small size sign (50cm and below), you can also use clear 3M Stripes to stick it to the wall.

If you intend to use your new custom neon sign outside, please order an outdoor sign. Our outdoor signage range comes with an IP67 waterproof rating. An IP rating is a certification proving a product meets a certain standard of water and dustproofing/resistance. IP67 products are protected from contact with harmful dust and protected from immersion in water with a depth of up to 3.3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 mins. They are not for underwater use.

Our standard LED neon signs are indoor signs that can be used at outdoor events and parties provided it is for short periods in fair weather, and they do not get wet. Please note that our standard signs are not watertight and should not be exposed to wet weather, extreme heat or cold.
